Our family-run tourist apartment complex offers you a modern atmosphere for an unforgettable stay in Mallorca. Renovated apartments by new owners in 2021.
All apartments have been decorated with care and taste.
With only 40 studios, we guarantee you a personal and warm atmosphere in which you will feel at home.
All our rooms are equipped with all the amenities you need for a perfect stay: balcony with pool view, air conditioning, kitchenette (fridge, 2 stoves, microwave, utensils, coffee maker and water boiler), free WiFi, flat-screen TV. Complete bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

All of our rooms are furnished with a double sofa-bed and a single bed, as well as a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view of our heart-shaped pool.

FREE WIFI throughout the hotel.

We provide you with clean towels as well as bedlinens (towels are changed every other day and linens are changed once a week). Towels for the pool/beach you have to bring yourself.

The location

Our complex is just 400 m from the sea, enjoys one of the most privileged locations of the island, located in the south-west of Mallorca, in which we find a set of beautiful beaches and paradisiacal coves with white sand and crystal clear waters. So, it offers the perfect location for all beach lovers. Numerous restaurants, bars and shops can also be found very close by.
The complex is well connected by buses to the airport, Palma, Portals Nous, Punta Negra, etc., and the highway connects to Palma, Soller, Valdemossa, and other highlights of Mallorca.

Our complex is divided into 4 floors and therefore has a clear design and at the same time it is

cozy.
The complex has a heart-shaped outdoor pool with solarium with hammocks and umbrellas to enjoy the sun of Mallorca.
