TERMS & CONDITIONS

The eco-tax is charged at check-in: 2.20 euro/person/night from May to October, 0.55 euro/person/night from November to April.

We do not offer stays longer than 6 months.

Full payment is required in advance.

Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms (smoking is allowed on the balcony/terrace).

• All guests must be 18 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations at Alper Apartments. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check-in for age verification.
  We can immediately terminate the rental contract if:
• - More guests stay on the property than agreed upon.
• - Excessive noise is made in the late night or early morning hours (23:00 to 09:00).
• - The number of people residing in the apartment must be the same as confirmed in the reservation. Accommodation for additional guests can be requested.
• - An additional charge of 25 euros will be levied for each extra guest per night. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation, without refund, if an unconfirmed number of people stay overnight in the apartment.
• - Alper does not allow pets in the apartments. A fine of 200 euros will be charged if pets are brought into the apartments.
• - The apartments are located in the center of the city of Palmanova. We ask all our guests to respect the property and privacy of the neighbors and not make excessive noise between 23:00 and 09:00.
• - No parties are allowed on the premises.
• - Alper Apartments is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal items on the premises.

1. Damages and Liabilities

During your stay, the apartment and all equipment and furniture must be treated with care and kept in order. Immediate notification to the Alper Apartments staff will be expected regarding any damage to the apartment. You (the tenant) are financially responsible for any damage to the apartment. This includes losses caused by you (the tenant) or by the negligent behavior and actions of a third party. A review will be conducted at the time of check-out. However, a more detailed review of the condition of the apartment and all equipment and facilities will be done shortly after check-out and before another guest occupies the apartment. The tenant is responsible for damages found above normal wear and tear and use. Any costs will be deducted from the deposit if still possible. Please note that we will send you an immediate notification after check-out regarding damages to the apartment. Alper Apartments may take necessary steps to resolve any issues and ensure that all equipment and facilities operate and are provided as expected. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the time of check-out and is subject to inspection of damages to the accommodation. The deposit must be paid upon arrival, in cash or by credit card, and will be fully refunded at the time of check-out if the apartment is in good condition and the company has no claims. Costs for damages or cleaning beyond what would be expected after responsible use of the apartment will be deducted from the deposit.
